Welcome

Hidden Acres got its name from being exactly that -- a beautiful, hidden gem of land nestled between the towns of Blue Ridge and McCaysville in Northeast Georgia.  Tucked away off a tree-lined road that beckons you back to a more tranquil time, you'll discover a piece of land atop a ridge overlooking the distant Blue Ridge Mountain range.

As you enter Hidden Acres, you can't help but fall in love with the nature that abounds.  Tall southern pines and mighty oaks form a canopy of beauty from the sun's rays.  Watch and listen as the deer rustle through the grasses and native birdsong fill the air.  You are transported into a land of peace and tranquility.  The stress and turmoil of regular life slowly melts away as you come home to the place we call Hidden Acres.

About

OUR COMMUNITY

Hidden Acres of Blue Ridge is a small, private community of over 115 acres of wilderness, streams, walking trails, and home sites, including more than 16 acres dedicated to common spaces. The community is modern rustic by design and unique from other developments in North Georgia. No detail has been overlooked in the layout of both the public spaces and the residential lots. Lots range from .75 acres to as many as 20 acres. There is a gentle rolling stream through much of the property with public areas dedicated to walking and biking trails.

Along the valley you will see the remains of the old homestead pole barn, which was deconstructed and moved to its current site as a testament to years gone by. At Hidden Acres, our vision is to allow Mother Nature to create an endless canvas backdrop for modern rustic homes of custom design. Each home will be designed to compliment the surrounding landscape while becoming a structure of art itself. No two homes will be alike, and there are stringent architectural guidelines in place to protect the integrity and beauty of the community.

Hidden Acres is centrally located between the small mountain towns of Blue Ridge and McCaysville. Enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature without negating the comforts of home. The community is served by McCaysville City water along with fiber from ETC and Tri-State EMC Power. Most utilities are located underground so residents can take full advantage of the views throughout the community. Enjoy the serenity of nature while still being only minutes away from Fannin County Hospital, local shops, and grocery stores. The development is also located a short trip away from Old Toccoa Farm Golf Course and fly fishing in the nearby Toccoa River.

Whether you are looking for a place to call your primary home or to build a second home retreat in the mountains, you definitely do not want to miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. When you experience Hidden Acres, your imagination will run wild with the chance to build the place of your dreams.
